This week, the development team checked up the compile process : the CPP core and its packaging in a docker container. First Gitlab local server has been installed to test new compilation process. Getting dependencies rules are fixed so the same version is fetched and not the latest. Not setting this can entail failures. Moreover, clean up policies for generated containers are in development. As free space is a precious resource, only essential images version will be saved. Others will generated then discharged after a certain deadline. Finally, this new local server will help each software developer test their new feature before pushing on the public Gitlab. They can play in their own sandbox. The semi-private environment for demonstrations can then become the preprod environment.
