News and update on the Whitelist,
I know many of you have been left with little to no news about the result of the Whitelist. Did you think one moment we were at the beach ? Absolutely not. Rather In the freezing Paris weather and connected daily to our US and European teams. We have been super busy creating the best and secure environment for the upcoming ICO. Here is the latest:
The Private sale is running very well. Our lawyers have released very professional contracts that took a bit longer than expected to be implemented and we are now building a strong Private Sale. Many of you know are grouped under investor pools and have access to great terms and conditions. This is excellent for large investors but it also perfectly sets the stage for all the participants of the Discount Phase that will start on March 19th. All participants to the Private Sale have lock up periods that help to maintain the token prices after the ICO. When NeuroChain is listed on exchange platforms, there is a healthy offer and demand balance for those who joined during the Public Sale.
The Whitelist? Am I in or not…that is the question! As a reminder all of you who will be accepted to participate in the Discount Phase from March 19Th, will have access to a lower price than the one asked during the Attractive Phase from March 26th.
Activities? We are monitoring activities of all registered Whitelist participants. Of course, we cannot see everything and everyone, but the early supporters, the defenders, the peace makers and the influencers are really close to our heart and should get a good deal.
The ICO parameters and full token metrics? This question has been at the center of many heated debates and questions in our Telegram and in Private Sale discussions. As you all understand, these parameters need to be given at the right time to allow us to adjust the right caps to ensure the success of the project and make sure we give a real opportunity many investors and in the best context. We are there now! In the next hours we will be sharing all the Token metrics. All of you will have the time to get ready for the Public Sales and the Private Sale will nicely close on March 12th.
