French Government Considering Decentralization with Blockchain

Traditionally, government has been a symbol of centralization – a system where all records are controlled by a single authority. Yet, as the benefits of decentralization have surfaced and society demands greater transparency, governmental decentralization may be in the distant future.Emmanuel Macron, the President of the French Republic, has expressed ongoing support for social innovation and disruptive technology. At the recent 2018 VivaTech Conference in Paris, Macron announced that the government will reveal plans to “further the excellence of French research,” making France the central hub for innovation. Additionally, Macron has shown support for the #TechForGood movement as well as #FrenchImpact.

decentralizationThis past week, NeuroChain, a Paris-based company developing a decentralized AI-powered infrastructure, met with Christophe Itier, the High-Commissioner for Social Economy, Solidarity, & Social Innovation for the French Republic. During the meeting Itier expressed his willingness to address the disparity between a centralized government and the demand for decentralization and greater transparency. The solution is NeuroChain’s next-generation blockchain technology. The NeuroChain infrastructure will potentially disrupt the current centralized system. NeuroChain is the most intelligent Blockchain protocol available with the required scalability to power the entire government (and more). NeuroChain plans to meet with Itier in about 10 days to present practical use case scenarios which will be announced soon.
